A Mystery Not So Mysterious

For quite some time now (I would say for as long as I've known Josh) he has had stomach problems. Lately, it has gone from annoying to very painful. In December, he had a Colonoscopy. While it revealed that he had 15 pollups (a ridiculously huge amount for his age. Most people in their 50' only have 1 or 2) it did not reveal why he was having any pain. A couple of weeks ago he had some other tests that revealed a whole fat lot of nothing. So, yesterday he had an Endoscopy. The mystery has been solved. He has some pretty nasty ulcers in his system. Once we get those cleared up, he should be feeling so much better. I'm just greatful that we now know what the problem is and how to fix it.
Aubree came to our house for a visit while Grammy and Grandpa Dan went to the temple. We walked over to the park and as we got closer to it, we could see the orange of the playground peeking out from the trees. Aubree told me that she could see the playground. I asked her what she could see and she said "I see a little bit of fun." It was funny.

Family, Friends & The Fourth

I love the 4th of July. I think that most people do. I was lucky enough to spend it with my whole family. That included mom, dad, both sisters, their husbands and kids and my sweet hubbie and darling 2 kids. We blessed Bryson in church and had a little party on Friday. I want to thank everyone who came and I want you all to know that I love you all and appreciate all that you do for us! I especially want both of my sisters to know how much it meant to me that they both drove 6 hrs to be here. It was so good to see both of them.

When Porter climbed onto the piano chair and began his masterpiece, I thought it was just the normal child curiosity and love of noise. However, once I saw his abilities to play multiple instruments, I realized that he has a special gift. Once you see this, you will understand his amazing abilities! Also notice how he switches hands mid-way. SUCH TALENT!!
