Shave and a Haircut

My camera is still broken. But, since we will be going to my mom's house, I will get some pictures from her of my cute kids.

Have you ever had to vacuum out your dryer? Well, I have. Porter took a scoop of powder laundry detergent and dumped it in the dryer. I had to vacuum it out before I could dry my clothes. It's funny. He watches us pour the detergent in the washer and was just doing what we do.

On another Porter note, I gave him a haircut last night. I usually just use the clippers. So, I trimmed it and it looked great. I called Josh in to trim around Porter's ears. But... Josh thought I had left a sizer on the clippers and took a HUGE chunk out of his hair. There was no way to fix it, so Porter got his head shaved all the way to the scalp. It makes his eyes look so huge and his eye lashes so long.

Camera broken, again. . . .GRRR!

Once again I am unable to take photos. That is why I haven't posted on my blog in such a long time. Sorry about that.

As usual, we are busy. Three of my patients are in the hospital because they fell and broke something. Right now tally is an elbow, hip and arm. I do feel bad for them, but it sucks for me because it is less money that I make in the month.

We had a nice Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to Christmas, even if we aren't allowed to have a Christmas tree this year, thank Porter for that.

Bryson is almost crawling and still a happy boy and Porter still is the energizer bunny at our house.

Halloween Is My FAVORITE Holiday (after Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter . . .)

I really do love Halloween. My kids are so dang cute!! We decided to carve pumpkins. So, while I carved, Porter did his favorite thing- eat tortilla chips and nacho cheese. That's my boy!

This was Porter's 1st year going trick-or-treating, so I really needed to get a costume. However, with our limited funds, I wasn't sure how to go about that. Thanksfully, Josh's mom saved some costumes that she had for her kids. So we dug through them and found one that fit (Porter, not me). It's a bunny and some of you may liken it to the pink bunny outfit from "A Christmas Story". Don't be confused!! It's yellow, not pink. It's a costume, not some kind of torturous outfit to wear around town. And finally, Porter actually liked it quite a bit.

My mom was so sweet and bought a darling giraffe costume for my little guy. He looked liked a little giraffe/angel. Don't worry, no one slapped Bryson prior to this photo. That's just how he looks in pictures :)

As most of you know, I never miss the opportunity to dress wacky and make my hair pink. Therefore, I dressed up as "Mrs. Slocombe". If you don't know who she is, there was a little British show called "Are you being served?" that has 13 seasons. She is on that. Here are some pics of her.
Finally, here is my so cute family. We went to the Fall Festival that our ward did the weekend before Halloween. Porter looks annoyed. But, it was because he wanted to slobber all over the pumpkin (aka kisses and loves) and I made him sit on it. I'm such a mean mom.
